1. Introduction

Welcome to Yaarwin GAme("Company," "we," "our," "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website located at https://yarwingame.club and mobile applications (collectively, the Platform) operated by Yaarwin GAme.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Platform.

2. Eligibility

To use our Platform, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be a resident of India with a valid Indian address.
• You must have a valid bank account, UPI ID, or digital wallet for financial transactions.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of India.
• Residents of Assam, Odisha, Nagaland, Sikkim, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, and Telangana may be restricted from playing certain games as per state regulations.

3. Account Registration & Security

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Platform and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

4. KYC Verification

To ensure a safe and secure gaming environment, we require all users to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. This process requires you to submit valid identification documents such as:

• PAN Card (mandatory for tax purposes)
• Aadhaar Card or Voter ID for address verification
• Bank account details for withdrawals
• Recent photograph

KYC verification is mandatory for withdrawing winnings. We reserve the right to withhold withdrawals until KYC is completed.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits:

• Users can add funds to their wallet using various payment methods including UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, and digital wallets.
• Minimum deposit amount is ₹50.
• Deposits are processed instantly.
• Bonus credits may have separate terms for usage and withdrawal.

Withdrawals:

• Winnings can be withdrawn at any time, subject to KYC verification.
• Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours to your registered bank account.
• We may require additional verification for large withdrawals.
• TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) will be applicable as per Income Tax laws of India on winnings above ₹10,000.

6. Fair Play & Conduct

Yaarwin GAme is committed to providing a fair gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using multiple accounts or fake identities
• Collusion with other players
• Use of bots, automated programs, or AI assistance
• Exploitation of bugs or glitches in the system
• Harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behavior towards other players
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activities
• Refund abuse or chargeback fraud

Violation of fair play policies will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of winnings, and potential legal action.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Yaarwin GAme and its licensors. The Platform is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of India. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Yaarwin GAme.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Yaarwin GAme, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform
• Any content obtained from the Platform
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content

9. Responsible Gaming

We encourage responsible gaming. If you feel you may have a gambling problem, we urge you to:

• Set deposit limits on your account
• Take self-assessment tests available on our Platform
• Use self-exclusion features if needed
• Seek professional help if gambling is affecting your life

We reserve the right to restrict gaming activity for users who show signs of problematic behavior.

10. Changes to Terms

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
